I have revised my concept by making the eyes less cartoony, I have also slightly reshaped the nose. This is in order to help it fit more believably into our world.
Looking back at the detective, I feel like he should have a slight hint of an ear because the shadow is giving an illusion of a bowl cut. I also noticed the concept is similar to Scarface with the black and white split background.
